wtf!

my roommate and her boyfriend just got home

me: "hey guys! what have u been upto?"
them: "oh we went to this yanni concert..."
me: cutting them off midsentence and really loud "YOU WENT TO A YANNI CONCERT??!!?!?!"
them: understandably a little confused "uhh, yes, he was performing at the MCI Center..."
me: "the one in DC?!?!? i was just there this evening. I LOVE YANNI......waaaahhhhh. how come i didnt know?!?! why didn't you guys tell me?!? why didn't ANYBODY tell me?!?!?!"
them: "oh damn! we should have asked you. we had an extra ticket for the best seat and we had to sell it for 40 bucks cheaper coz his dad couldn't go"
me: bawling loudly on the bed
them: looking awfully confused and very very guilty

hmmmppfff

Yanni is that 7 wonders of the world fellow right ? Not particularily big on him .
But you guys are lucky, you can catch some live acts.On on the other hand I can say with great certainty that I might never see some of my fav bands in my lifetime and even if THEY DO end up coming to India , they'll end up in Bangalore or Dehli ... BOO HAAA

dammitbitchandahalf!
And I think I can honestly say 'Live at the Acropolis' had a hand in changing my life. I am trying to get my hands on a dvd of that concert. Became a Yannyasi for a while after that, but was disappointed by the other albums.
Oh well, one awesome album was all I needed. :-)

I once attended a Yanni concert. It was beautiful. You would never think that kind of music could be played so well live.
