i feel good
the last few hours seem unreal, the recollections hazy and almost dream-like. but i was there and the trail by the rapids looked breath-taking...strong and unrelenting, giving me the inspiration i need to keep going, pushing the limits of my endurance
it also helped that by sweet serendipity there was this guy running ahead of me wearing a tshirt, the back of which said "pain is nothing compared to what you feel when you quit". now on, thats my marathon mantra.

this blog welcomes verbose comments :-)
hard surface?hmmm...im not sure how long u've been running and how comfortable u r with running on hard surfaces but they tend to injure ur knees and ankles. i run on a mixed trail and feel a definite difference.
black and white moods :-) i think i perform better when in a black/dark mood..im my own worst critic...white moods make me want to stop and smell the roses, which is kind of inconvenient while running!
and when i see a cute guy i run and hide!
oops, i think i deleted some of the comments here by mistake.....damn! i think, rahul, ive lost ur verbose comment :-(
A day might arrive when all and sundry will clamour to hear, save and preserve every single word I have to say with the care alotted one takes with valuable jewels, but it hasn't so I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.
